Above all, A1 Florida Real Estate's commitment to excellence is evident by our desire to attain the most practical and in-depth knowledge to aid our customers. Each agent is dedicated to professional development through continuing and advanced education. Our agents have received or are in the process of receiving the following designations and certifications, proving that at A1 Florida Real Estate, we always strive for excellence:

Certified Residential Specialists (CRS): At A1 Florida Real Estate, our CRS designees rank in the top 4% of all residential Realtors. The reason is simple: the CRS designation implies that the Realtor has undergone extensive and advanced training in such crucial skills as business planning, negotiating and closing smoother transactions, and working in the buyers and sellers' best interest. This advance training has allowed our CRS specialists to develop and refine skills that are necessary in providing our clients superior service.

Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI): Realtors who are GRI designees are nationally recognized as top performers in the real estate industry. At A1 Florida Real Estate, our GRI designees have committed themselves to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers require real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism.

Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS): A CIPS designee is an individual who has proven their expertise in international real estate practice by completing CIPS program requirements. CIPS designees are specifically trained in international transactions in the United States and can also assist in transactions abroad. They can help foreign nationals navigate the buying process in the United States that may be significantly different then a national's home country. At A1 Florida Real Estate, we team with international tax and law experts who can assist with clarifying and explaining the incentives of foreign investment in American real estate.

Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES): SRES is the only designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve senior property owners. A1 Florida Real Estate's SRES designees have demonstrated requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling a home.

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM): A CCIM designee is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Recognized for its preeminence within the industry, the CCIM curriculum represents the core knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners. CCIMs have advance training in financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. This designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. Only 6 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.

Transnational Referral Certification (TRC): Candidates who successfully complete the Transnational Referral Certified course have hands on training with the transnational referral system developed by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). This means that our agents have access to a database which connects our clients to a network of real estate professionals in other countries. This is especially helpful since many of A1 Florida Real Estate's clients invest not only in Florida but also other countries. We have the tools to assist both your transactions stateside, and also to help if you opt to buy properties anywhere in the world.
